STEP Hub builds on the results of the Erasmus+ project TAKES3 (Tools for Advanced Keys to Employability, Entrepreneurship and Education Skill-making) by ensuring their long-term visibility, accessibility and relevance within subsequent initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, employability and youth development.
Rather than treating TAKES3 as a closed project, STEP Hub positions its outcomes as a reference point and foundation for further activities, allowing the results to remain active within a broader and evolving ecosystem.
The Business Models developed within the TAKES3 project have been incorporated into STEP Hub as part of its online collection and knowledge base. They are presented as examples of advanced approaches to business model design and sustainable initiative planning, remaining openly accessible and clearly linked to their original project context.
Within STEP Hub activities and communication, TAKES3 is consistently referenced as an important stage in the development of entrepreneurship-related tools and methods, ensuring continuity between past and current initiatives.
The experience and outcomes of TAKES3 inform the design of later STEP-related projects, including STEP5, by providing:
conceptual inspiration for new project ideas and formats,
examples of more advanced levels of business model thinking,
a shared methodological background connecting different STEP initiatives.
In this way, TAKES3 results support learning and development across projects, without being duplicated or re-implemented as identical activities.
